Completed in 2014, Bank of Montreal Fraser Street is a 2-storey single-tenant bank building located in the heart of Vancouver’s Sunset neighbourhood. Strategically situated at the intersection of Fraser Street and 48th Avenue East, the interior layout offers a bright and spacious atmosphere, featuring ample windows, timber beam accents and complementary furnishings and colours. The design maximizes the visual connection to the street and, at the request of the City of Vancouver, signals a new design direction for the neighbourhood.
